In accordance with that stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999 regarding Data Protection, ASOCIACION DE EMPRESARIOS DE AUTO TAXI DE ELCHE hereby decrees that personal data submitted by Users of the website http://www.airportalicantetransfer.net/ will be incorporated into and processed in an automatic file that belongs to ASOCIACION DE EMPRESARIOS DE AUTO TAXI DE ELCHE, named “reservas online”, duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Said file will be managed exclusively for the purpose of attending to taxi reservations requested by Users of said website, along with the provision of post-sale services regulated in this website’s contract terms. By pressing the “SEND” button, the User thereby consents to the use of personal data by ASOCIACION DE EMPRESARIOS DE AUTO TAXI DE ELCHE and accepts all conditions indicated in the Privacy Policy and electronic contract terms.
