5.2. Once the form has been completed, we will send an email confirming that the reservation has been received, along with information concerning availability and reservation conditions, thereby indicating price, payment type and the taxi that will provide the service.

5.3. Once the User has verified that the information is correct, to thus finalise the reservation, the User must respond to the email, indicating that he/she accepts the conditions listed in the email mentioned in section 5.2

5.4. The User may cancel the reservation free of charge up until 12 hours before the service’s scheduled time.

5.5. If service is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the User will be charged a sum of € ... for management fees and losses sustained by the taxi service.
